CONTEST NUMBER TWO!

THE BRIEF:

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to create an original djinn. Along with a design, you'll also need to assign a name, an elemental affinity, an in-game effect description and a general description of its ability during battle.

Right-o, moving on.


Conditions of entry:

Entrants must be a member of the GoldenSun-fc.
Deviations marked as "mature" are not allowed. (Not that you'd have them... just covering all my bases.)
Entries must be submitted to the "Djinn Design Contest" folder.
Multiple entries are allowed, but you can only win once.
Entries must include at least a design, a name, an elemental affinity, an in-game description and description about what happens if used during battle.

The following aspects will be taken into account during the judging process:
Creativity
Interestingness
~X-FACTOR~

Creativity =/= Interestingness.

Creativity is the uniqueness of idea. An example is choosing to name a Venus Djinn Flint and giving it(him) the standard of standard video game attack abilities. Note - this isn't saying you should pull out your thesaurus and do whatever crazy ability you can think of, but if you think it'll make your entry better then go for it.

Interestingness is how interesting the idea is, because you totally wouldn't have guessed that. An example? Flint won't eat all your potato chips or anything~! Likewise, do what you think will make your entry better but remember there is only so much OTT a djinn can take.

~X-FACTOR~ is the element that makes your entry awesomener than the rest. This could be something traditional like awesome artwork, or it can be complete insanity in how you carry out the specifications - after all, so long as you have the minimum requirements, anything goes. To see what kind of ~X-FACTOR~ your thing may have, ask yourself this: "What makes this thing awesome?"
